Export Control of LUCID Products

735 views 4 July 16, 2021

ECCN vs. EAR99

Given that LUCID Vision Labs is a Canadian company, our products do not have an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) from the U.S Department of Commerce. Instead, our products are classified under Export Administrative Regulation (EAR99).

More information on these regulations is available here:

  • https://www.trade.gov/eccn-and-export-administration-regulation-ear99
