ECCN, ECCN 6A003, EAR99,

Given that LUCID Vision Labs is a Canadian company, the majority of our products do not have an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) from the U.S Department of Commerce. However, LUCID cameras featuring SWIR sensors are subject to export control. The following products do have export controls (ECCN 6A003):

  • 5.2 MP ASX053S-WC (with TEC)
  • 3.2 MP ASX033S-WC (with TEC)
  • 1.3 MP ATP013S-WC (with TEC)
  • 0.3 MP ATP003S-WC (with TEC)
  • 5.2 MP TRT053S-WC
  • 3.2 MP TRT033S-WC
  • 1.3 MP TRI013S-WC
  • 0.3 MP TRI003S-WC

All other products are classified under Export Administrative Regulation (EAR99).

More information on these regulations is available here:
