LUCID cameras are equipped with 16MB non-volatile flash memory storage. The user can store user defined file or image data on the flash storage without the risk of losing the data after the camera is powered off. The following table shows the number of images at different resolution setting and 8-bit pixel format that can be stored in the on-camera flash memory. The table below assumes four different JPEG compression settings. While the flash storage is 16MB, the calculation assumes a 12MB free space for user access. The used space is reserved for camera firmware and user set settings.
